Here is the home learning for all of the children at home this week.
Maths
Practice writing numbers to 20 in words as well as numbers. Complete the counting to 20 worksheets provided in your home learning pack. Go on https://www.bbc.co.uk/teach/supermovers/ for ks1 maths songs.
Additional Numeracy Activities:
- Number formation- the document below will support your child in forming numbers correctly from the correct starting point. It may be beneficial for your child to trace over numerals you have formed initially to support them further.
- Top Marks has a range of maths games to support your child in developing their sense of number.
English
Reading: Log on to Bug Club at https://www.activelearnprimary.co.uk/login?c=0 read one of the books allocated to you, then answer the questions. Read the books again to build fluency and expression.
Writing: Watch our new Literacy Counts Story being read on You Tube by Miss Gray Educates at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7VLIms9tE0 complete the writing activities provided in your home learning pack.
Phonics
Watch the RWI online phonics lessons available on the Ruth Miskin YouTube Channel from 9:30am each day: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo7fbLgY2oA_cFCIg9GdxtQ the films are available for 24 hours.
