Hope you had a wonderful half term!
We hope you all had a relaxing week off and got a good rest.
We've got a lot to do this final term, with trips, activities and getting ready for your move to Year 6!
Monday – Reading records to be handed in, then checked for home reading (3x a week).
Also, PE is now on Thursday, so don't forget your kit!!
On Friday, you sit a weekly spelling test.
You will complete your spelling test and new spellings will be handed out.
Overall, it is important to say that we are always here to help, so come and find us if you need anything at all!
Here’s to a happy and successful and final half term!

Here are some important websites you will need access to during the term:
I disappeared on the night before my twelfth birthday.
Gorgeous new colour illustrations for the best-selling Kensuke's Kingdom. Washed up on an island in the Pacific, Michael struggles to survive on his own. With no food and no water, he curls up to die. When he wakes, there is a plate beside him of fish, of fruit, and a bowl of fresh water. He is not alone …
Kensuke's Kingdom is a gripping adventure from the author of War Horse. Michael Morpurgo has written more than one hundred books for children and won the Whitbread Award, the Smarties Award, the Circle of Gold Award, the Children’s Book Award and has been short-listed for the Carnegie Medal four times.
Year 5 will be focusing on Geography this half term. We will be learning about the continent of South America, developing their understanding of it's physical and human features as well as comparing the range of biomes which are present there.
