Re: Online bullying – ‘Tick Tock’
It has come to my attention today that some of our Y6 pupils have been the subject of bullying posts on ‘Tik Tok’.
The class had a lesson last week from the Community Police Digital and Cyber Safety Unit, and so are all aware of the issues involved on social media.
Please can I remind parents and carers that ‘Tik Tok’ is age 13 access, and is a site frequently associated with child grooming and exploitation.
Our school behaviour policy also relates to behaviour outside of the school, the most serious consequence is exclusion and individual children will be dealt with in accordance to policy.
Please can you delete your child’s ‘Tik Tok’ account if they have one.
