Dear Parents/carers,
If you have been receiving supermarket vouchers for your children, from next week all children attending school will have their free school meal provision in the form of a school packed lunch.
The packed lunch is in place of a voucher, so we will not be issuing vouchers for those children attending school.
This applies to all pupils from F2 to Y6 who have been receiving free school meals supermarket vouchers.
All children attending school in F2, Y1 or Y2 will receive a packed lunch under the universal infant free school meal scheme, regardless of whether or not they are entitled to free school meals.
Please be aware that if you’ve confirmed your child’s attendance, we expect parents to follow the usual reporting procedures regarding non-attendance.
