Complaints about the School's SEND Provision
 
We pride ourselves on honest and genuine relationships with pupils, parents and members of our wider school community. If possible, we prefer all concerns/complaints to be dealt with informally, as quickly as possible and to everyone’s satisfaction.  However, we do appreciate that there may be times when more formal procedures are required.  In all cases, complaints will be handled with respect and integrity. 
 
In most cases we hope that the Mrs Hughes, SENCO, will be the first contact who will endeavour to resolve any concerns as soon as is possible.  Alternatively, Mrs Richards, Headteacher, can be contacted to discuss your complaint.
