Ofsted Inspection 2014

Ofsted

Ofsted is an independent body that inspects and regulates schools by monitoring progress  to promote improvement. Cathcart Street Primary School was inspected in June 2014 and was graded as 'Good'.  Here is a comment from the report:

"Pupils feel safe and well cared for by the school. The school sets high expectations of
behaviour, which are consistently applied. Consequently, pupils generally behave very
well in lessons and learn quickly."
